Our home search/purchase experience with Darryl was phenomenal!!! Any move is a stressful event, but Colorado to Florida was even more challenging, especially with an elderly dog. Darryl went above and beyond throughout the entire process. We had only two and a half days, with stringent dates to get things done, and he rearranged his entire schedule to make the trip possible for us. Darryl is absolutely incredible at what he does - he’s trustworthy, fantastic with communication, professional (yet laidback), and truly cares about his clients!! We wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

My wife and I were very specific when we began our search for a home. We knew exactly what we wanted and knew that the search would be challenging. Darryl listened to us and customized a search criteria that immediately generated leads. Darryl took the time to show us several homes; and although many of the homes were 50-75 miles away, Darryl always maintained a positive and professional attitude. Even when we grew weary, Darryl would always give us encouraging words and would tell us that everything would work out in our favor. Darryl had answers to all our questions and would even consult with of his office colleagues to ensure the information we requested and received was accurate. In the end, Darryl's words rang true and my wife and I was able to purchase a home that met all our requirements. A true professional, I'd recommend Darryl time after time after time.
